A person should not have to bother with a bra and shoes when she doesn’t want to.

We were thinking about dinner at Thai Star tonight, an amazing little restaurant in north Dallas that we tried (and loved) about three weeks ago. However, the only time we can go is on Saturdays when they open the doors at 5, because Thai Star is closed on Sundays and we never go out during the week because Sam doesn’t get home from work until everybody else is in bed. (Translation: 11 p.m.) So today would be our only shot, except it’s already 4:25, Sam is sound asleep in the family room and I just decided that I don’t feel like going out during our first blast of fall weather (overcast, windy and 52°). The general rule of thumb around here is, a person should not have to bother with a bra and shoes when she doesn’t want to. AND I DON’T WANT TO. I vote that we order a big sack of food from China City instead and watch Close Encounters of the Third Kind on TCM. In pajamas.
I have to shoot some insulin now. Thank you for reading this.
