A nice way to consume little pouches of salmon.

It doesn’t get much easier than this. If you’re into salmon patties — hey, who isn’t? — you’ll absolutely LOVE these!
  • 10 oz. salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of dehydrated onion flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons CarbQuik baking mix
  • oil for frying
Mix the salmon, eggs, onion flakes, salt, pepper and CarbQuik. Heat oil in a large frying pan and spoon mixture into 4 large patties. Brown on both sides. These taste great with a wad of optional tartar sauce and a little dish of Vlasic sugar-free sweet pickles.
I recommend using Chicken of the Sea or Bumble Bee salmon in those convenient little pouches. (I buy mine by the case from Amazon.)
