Great video clips of rain, hail and a scary twister.

Hi, boys and girls. Because so many of you have emailed or called in the last few hours to ask if Sam and I survived the monster tornado outbreak in Dallas today, I thought I’d post the following videos from YouTube for your possible interest. The first shows torrential rain and hail this afternoon at Dallas Fort Worth Airport; the second follows a tornado in southeast Dallas that’s heading north toward Howdygram headquarters in Mesquite. (It eventually turned right instead and squashed Forney, about 15 minutes away.)

The map below indicates: A) Howdygram headquarters; and B) the town of Forney. Apparently there were two tornadoes in Forney today that managed to demolish an entire subdivision, Forney high school and an elementary school. There’s no word yet if the cattle survived or not. (Forney has a LOT of cattle.)
And now it’s time to fold some laundry and annoy Sam, who’s been unconscious in the family room for at least two hours. Thanks for stopping by.
