A quick addendum to my previous post.

I forgot to mention that I also ordered this classic roasting pan today from Amazon.com because I intend to start making my own Hungarian stuffed cabbage here at Howdygram headquarters.
A number of years ago I invented a lazy cook’s version of this intensely popular dish so I don’t actually have to “stuff” anything whatsoever. I just do gigantic seasoned meatballs on a pile of cut-up cabbage with my own sugar-free sweet and sour tomato sauce made with Equal. When the time comes I’ll post my recipe.
