Fred Astaire and Beanit Butter are bedtime favorites.

In this post: Hilarious menu parodies, Jon Stewart nails it.

On “The Daily Show” last night Jon Stewart lampooned the 26 states — all with Republican governors or legislatures — that have refused free Federal dollars to expand their Medicaid programs and provide health care coverage to millions of America’s working poor. Here’s a YouTube video of his monologue. (I love this guy. I’m serious.)

Hey, people. It’s your lucky day! Here’s something I know you’ll appreciate as much as I do … a parody of “secret menus” from some of America’s most popular fast food chains courtesy of the creative lunatics at Mad Magazine.
Back in May 2012 I posted Mad Magazine’s beloved “Belching Dragon” Chinese takeout menu parody originally published in the 1980s. If you’ve never seen this gem, please take a look ... but be sure to pee before you read it, okay?

It’s late but I need a snack and a movie before I go to bed. I’m thinking Beanit Butter on low-carb toast and Fred Astaire in The Sky’s the Limit. Always a popular combination.
Thank you for reading this.
